"Repair and paint wrought iron fence and replace cedar wood fence. EXCELLENT JOB. Fair price. Got quotes from 3 contractors. JJ Welding and Fencing price was competitive. Materials and all workmanship met or exceeded expectations. Examples: (i) JJ?s repair and preparation of wrought iron fence included careful sanding and grinding to remove all rust; (ii) repairs were pre-painted with primer; (iii) hand painting rather than spraying resulted in thicker paint coverage and zero mess; (iv) without additional charge JJ raised fence sections that had bottom rail touching dirt/grass, to prevent future rust; (v) project included painting mailbox front but since door was rusted/damaged JJ purchased and installed new mailbox door without additional charge; and (vi) JJ made metal frames for 2 cedar wood fence doors, to prevent future sagging. We had the same wrought iron fence painted by a different contractor about 7 years ago; that contractor made a huge mess and required constant attention to get the job done right.
