"Contacted 911 Garage Door Repair Pros on Friday at Noon & Michael came to analyze our situation in a couple of hours. No pressure to replace our garage door ...... but, he pointed out that, even tho he could repair the dented panel that we called about, our 18-year old doors had rusted springs, plastic rollers, no support strut & worn cables. We decided to replace both doors. Antonio came the following Monday & did an excellent job installing the new doors. We were concerned that the new panels would not match our outside trim but, were pleasantly surprised that they were identical (color & texture).....no painting needed. Very pleased with the new, safer doors.....and, with 911 Garage Door Repair Pros. With the newer nylon rollers, much quieter!"

"Monty was great. Came out within a day or two to give me a surprising low estimate, and returned a couple of days later to do the work. It was a complicated job because it involved structural elements. Monty clearly knows what he's doing and takes pride in his work. He ended up doing more than I'd asked for on his own initiative at no extra charge. My house is close to a hundred years old, so I am experienced in getting work done. I can't imagine that this work could have been done better, or cheaper by anyone else. Plus he seems like a nice guy. Hire him, you won't be sorry."

He arrived on time, diagnosed correctly why the lock was not working on the exterior double door and fixed the issues superbly in his estimated time. I was leaning in favor of putting in a commercial grade lock. He advised me against spending the money since it was unnecessary. Total charge was $259. I was 150% satisfied with his overall service. "The offer was misleading. Offered 8 hours of masonry repair for coupon purchase, but business representative said it was 8 hours between 3 employees or approximately 2 1/2 hours each employee. The representative asked me to come an hour earlier to work site on day of work to go over the areas he found, which I did. When I got there, they were already working and did not stop to show me anything, until I asked. Two employees were working to lay a line of brick on a ledge, which I had not authorized. He showed me what he said needed repair. I told him what I wanted fixed and he said that the coupon could be applied to the line of brick. After awhile, I was told time was up and they had not completed the line of brick. I told him that you are just going to leave it unfinished and I was told he just wanted me to see what it would look like. He told me that he could finish the brick work and cracks for an additional $5,000+ dollars. I said I would not pay to have that work completed. I told him I would have to get someone to tear out the work as it had just been started. The whole experience was misleading and I still ended up paying $960.00 for a couple of the original repairs that I did want done. The work that was done was good but what a misrepresentation from the company in order to force additional work from customer."

"Called Ellis as result of all the good reviews on Angies list. I notices a stain starting on my living room ceiling just below the chimney. He answered phone on my first call and came by that afternoon. He took pictures to show me what issue was. It was from my chimney and another stack pipe close to the chimney. He scheduled a time to come back, and I asked it he could also clean my gutters or knew someone I could call. He said he would clean them for me. He came back did the work, took pictures of completed work for roof repair and the cleaned gutters. He was very nice, easy to work with. He even took care of a couple of other issues he saw while he was working on roof and cleaning gutters. I was very thankful he was able to get to me as promptly as he did."
