He came out a day later and his crew installed the fence. There was a mix up on some panels but he sent the crew back the next day and switched out the panels that were not the right color. "Ergeon was very quick to get back with me and answer my calls. They are fantastic about getting back to you quickly. They do a virtual meeting to go over everything and give you a quote and then they send a guy out to measure and make sure their quote is accurate. I wanted a hog wire panel fence. There was a bit of a hiccup in scheduling the installation because they needed supplies shipped in. I'm a tiny bit disappointed because the installers showed up with a roll of welded wire that they stapled to a wood frame-so it wasn't framed panels. I still love the look of the fence but I think the idea got lost along the way."

"This job was handled professionally and as promised from start to finish.  Calls were answered promptly, the workers were very polite, and the job was done in the time promised (2 days). The difference the new roof makes in our home is remarkable. <br />   <br /> What I particularly appreciated is that Dustin shot it to me strait.  No sugar coating, no promising more than could be delivered, and a realistic picture of what the process would look like.  He took my desires for the appearance of the roof and made  suggestion on shingles that could still be covered by insurance, yet still have the look I wanted. <br /> <br /> The workers showed up on time and en force.  At the end of each day they cleaned up thoroughly, and left everything spotlessly spick and span upon completion. <br /> <br /> Side note:  While they bring their own water, the workers greatly appreciate if you keep a cooler of cold drinks at their avail.  Sweet tea, orange juice, and/or Gatorade, along with disposable cups go a long way towards keep the guys working hard and no one getting sick on your property.  Installing black shingles in Texas in  July up on a high roof is hot enough work, even with proper hydration. <br /> <br /> I couldn't be any happier with how the whole process went.  I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone in Texas who needs a new roof."
