"Brian was great. Very responsive, answering calls after hours and also trying to be as flexible as possible to make sure our schedules aligned and he could get the work done as soon as possible. When he got there he was very knowledgeable, took a look and explained to me what was going on. There was a problem with the side cables as well as the overall spring tension. He did a general inspection of the main door as well as the smaller 3rd car door. Also caught a couple other smaller issues that he fixed along the way without any expensive add ons.
