They brought a very large crane and were very careful about the placement and any possible damage to the driveway and lawn. "The process went very well. The estimate over the phone, based on size of the stump, was clear and accurate. Scheduling went well. He will call before coming out to make sure that someone will be there. The stump was ground down to a depth I had needed so that I could plant another tree very close to where the hole ended up. As others have noted, he did leave the tree shavings, etc. but that was known up front and acceptable. Overall, a very good experience."
