"I wanted to get someone to look at the gutters on a rental home I own.  Bruce got to the place, looked it over, and gave me a quote in a short amount of time.  I decided to go with Gutter Systems because Bruce was the one who was prompt in getting back to me the couple times I contact him.  We lined up a time to meet and he was there on time.  We did a walk around and he told me what he recommended in both color and changes to the location of the downspouts.  He said he would get to it the following week which he did.  The crew got it done in one day and cleaned up the site.  Two minor issues that my renter reported when she returned from work the day they installed the gutters were these:  the gates to the property were left open and an internet cable had been knocked down and was on the ground.  I called Bruce and he returned promptly in a day or two and took care of the cable.  I feel Bruce worked to do a quality job and was responsive to me. <br />"

"It was a great experience working with Ken....what you would hope to find in a contractor. He did what he said he would do when he said he would for the price quoted. He and his crew are very conscientious; they were careful not to damage finished portions of the home during the project and cleaned up daily. Ken is very creative and is willing to collaboratively discuss ideas. Ken offers good "best practices" tips as well. Ken is flexible with respect to job scope....meaning if you as the homeowner want to do some of the work yourself. I had originally planned on laying the tile myself as a "weekend warrior",  but ran out of time at the end of summer. The living room and one of the bathrooms were torn apart, We wanted to have the house put back together before school started back up for everyone.
