"every single aspect of my dealing with tony (the owner) is superb! we set up an appointment for him to come to my home and provide an estimate and while he was there he took his time to answer my many many questions about the job. i really enjoyed that he was in no hurry, i had all his attention, and i was impressed by his knowledge. have you ever had someone come out for an estimate of whatever it is, and you can tell they are in a hurry and they have other places to be....etc. etc. not tony.....great first impression! after we talked and he showed me what and how he wanted to do.....within what i wanted done, he gave me an estimate and i agreed to have him do the work. because of the weather it took 2-3 weeks for him to finally make it out to do the job. during this time, tony and i were in communication and he made sure i knew what was happening as far as scheduling was concerned. great communication! also, tony is the guy that runs the job. he does not sub out the job and he does not send out a crew to do the work. tony was there every step of the way and he was working getting everything done and directing his guys......important to me. the final product is awesome......just as we discussed. one of my neighbors is a retired contractor and he and i were talking a few days after tony and his crew had finished our job and when i asked my neighbor his opinion of the work done, he said it was top notch! i mean i could already tell it was excellent, and it is fun to hear an expert confirm my opinion. overall...outstanding experience.....this is your guy if you need anything done with concrete!!"

"Quality of work above average for the new concrete work performed. -Concrete splatter on front door, shutters and siding. Other firms apply poly covering to avoid this mess. -Original concrete driveway not protected from excess loading from redi-mix truck. Differential settlement of existing pavement panels and cracking resulted. Ask for protective mats to distribute the loads to avoid this. -Imported black dirt for landscape repairs and beds was high quality organic material. -Negotiated additional driveway removal and replacement. Fair with price at same unit cost as original quote."

"We were very pleased with Trinity's work! Travis and his team did a beautiful job installing a new patio in our backyard. We felt they were very thorough, there was a lot of excavating to do prior to pouring the concrete and they didn't take any shortcuts. Travis kept us updated every step of the way, explaining their work and next steps. As others said, the start of the project was a bit delayed due to rain and their busy schedule, but we would absolutely hire again! "I especially appreciated the fact that Don gave me a lot of good suggestions and gave me options (I really was not sure exactly what I wanted -- just that I wanted to replace the tub with a shower.) And I was limited in what I could do because I have an extemely tiny bathroom. Don gave me the pros and cons of various choices -- for example, we can do X and it will let us finish the job in just a day or two, but it will up the price by $x. At one point, the white seat that I originally wanted inside the shower had been discontinued and I had to choose a different color. I chose caramel and Don suggested changing the grout to more of a brown color to go better with the seat and that turned out great! The project took a while (8 days) due mostly to the fact that they had to let each layer of concrete dry before moving on, with one more day delay caused by having to order a new seat color with matching grout. They did a great job and I am extremely happy with the final result!"
