Great communication! Rich provided me with every option available and then a competitive bid on the roof system I chose. Rich has excellent technology and product. knowledge. I awarded Tonka the job. The job took several days to complete. The crew are trained at installing lifetime roofs using the best quality products. They are skilled craftsman. Most of the crew has been with Tonka for many, many years. They take the time to do quality work. After the job was complete, everything was cleaned up thoroughly. I highly recommend Tonka Roofing"

"This is the second job that we have used Craftsmen Home Improvements and we have been impressed both times. We had a hail storm damage our shingles last summer and Erik was great working with our insurance adjuster to help get everything documented and moving thru the system. Ellie provided color samples and addresses where we could see what the shingles looked in real life. The roofing crew was very professional and did a great job on cleaning up after themselves and protecting the landscaping and deck from any debris from the shingles. We would and have recommended them for both window replacements and roofing."

"Terrible. Eric Terry took my money; and he did not complete the work promised. The work that he did complete was subpar to mediocre. If you are considering this guy, move on. I'm out hundreds of dollars; and I had to hire someone else to do what Eric couldn't. Eric left putty filler on doors; he didn't clean the plumbing debris and filth under the sinks; he left caulking material and razor blades on the bathroom floor. Terrible and not trustworthy."

"We had an old rotting second story deck off of our dining room that wanted to be replaced with a composite deck. We also wanted stairs off of the deck to go into our backyard but the space was rather tight with a shed that was in the area. I originally had researched decks two years prior and Eric was the highest rated on Angie's List (still is). So I reached out to him again, as well as other companies, and Eric was the most responsive and when he came over for the assessment was really the only one who truly listened and cared to understand what I was trying to do. In addition, he didn't have the added overhead built into the quote from others needing office assistants and sales staff as he and Scott are the two who do the entire job. His price was very competitive and I found him to be the most trustworthy of everyone that I met with. The tear down and build went seamlessly and it was fun to watch everything come together. Eric and Scott went above and beyond what I would expect and left us with an amazing deck that perfectly met what I was envisioning. There were a couple parts of the project that only Eric would take the extra time to do (vs the other companies) but he knew it would help with the overall aesthetics of the deck. He's a perfectionist and a good person. Expectations were exceeded and I couldn't be happier with the final product! It's only been a couple weeks and we've already had so many compliments on the deck! If you want to be satisfied with your investment, I would highly recommend Eric for your deck building needs!"

"Richard came to my mothers house on a Sunday and took care of a difficult bee problem. The bees were in an old air conditioner unit and had found their way inside. Richard took care of it right away!! He also got rid of another beehive I wasn't aware of. If you need help with pest he is the best!"
