"I had asked Keyprime Roofing for a quote to replace my roof. However, based on their inspection they determined no repair or replacement was required at this time. I appreciated the honest assessment of the condition of our roof. Their representative was responsive and professional. I will definitely call Keyprime Roofing again when it's time to replace our roof."

"We needed a minor roof repair- flashing needed to be nailed down and I spent all day yesterday calling around and begging handymen and roofing contractors to come over and take a look, no luck at all. Either all were booked out until next Spring or the job was not worth their time and effort to come out. I called Buck with Eagle Siding headquartered in Burnsville and he offered to come out within the hour and take care of the repair. WOW, just wow...he came out, nailed the sucker down and made additional minor repairs as well. His charge was very fair for a simple job, but I would not hesitate to refer them or call them back if we had siding or roofing issues in the future. He was thorough, prompt, professional. pleasant and very responsive. Thanks Buck!!"

"Chase from Excel Renovation was great to work with regarding our residential garage roof leak. He was very personable and there was excellent/ professional communication in talking through the potential issue and then scheduling a time to meet. Chase ended up starting with a simpler repair approach first, re-fastening and re-sealing a roof flashing, which we agreed was the right thing to do for our type of roof leak (very small leak) and for this cold time of year (late Nov). He was very honest in what he thought was the likely issue and digging deeper right away in our case, instead of just resealing and testing first, may cause more harm than good. He would not take any money for the repair…I tried though. :-) He said to keep an eye on it during the upcoming rain and snow melt(s) and he could always dig deeper if needed in the spring, removing interior sheetrock and then applying water with a hose over suspected area on the roof. If you’re looking for an honest company that won’t steer you wrong, give these guys a call. I highly recommend this company and I would definitely work with them again!"

"Working with Higgins Construction was a great experience for our family. If questions or concerns arose throughout the project we were able to discuss those things and come to a remedy to correct the question or concern. The crew of people that they have working for them and the subcontractors they brought in were all professional and courteous. They are very fair on their pricing and when they discovered some things that would help with insulation on our home or structural issues in our soffits - they immediately had a clear explanation for their suggestion and price for that to be fixed. Our project consisted of the following: Roof, chimney rebuilt from roofline up, new garage door, siding, shutters, cupola, soffits/facia/gutters, cedar posts on porch, lighting in soffits above the garage door."

"I'm a retired home builder. I still do Real Estate Brokerage service for people who are fun to work with. And I love to do business consulting for people who are coachable. From that perspective, I speak from experience. Harry did a fine job, A-to-B, as promised. And for a fair price. He can make an old shake roof look good again, too! Harry's son, also named Harry, is fine, young, up-coming contractor, too. Do call them for cedar shake repair. They'll do you proud."

"The process was flawless, from the estimate, dealing with the insurance company, and the roof was done in one day , fantastic company"

"Pineview Builders is an outstanding choice when selecting a general contractor to partner with you on any building related project. They have done both a roofing and a remodeling project for us and we couldn't be more satisfied. They went above and beyond with the completion of our roof and after they were done the clean up was so good we couldn't tell they were there. Regarding our remodel, they provided creativity and ideas when we weren't sure what we wanted to do with certain areas of our home. The project was done in a timely manner and on budget. BIG THANKS to Tony for communicating with us during the project and making it a stress free experience."

"I had a large branch from an oak tree fall over my house during a wind storm. I had my insurance company out for an inspection and was told I would need a new roof. J&B Roofing did a wonderful job with my new roof and wood repairs from the branch damage. Due to rumors about insurance abuse and fraud I felt the need to handle my claim on my own and Hilda from J&B Roofing was respectful of my decision. I am happy with the service and material I received, thank you!"

"Friendly and very informative during my roof inspection."

"I was needing a quick turnaround on a siding fix. Tony was very responsive and completed the work very quickly. Highly recommend him."
