"Kim and his son did a great job replacing the EPDM rubber flat roof and patching/fixing the decking. There were some unforeseen issues that required resheathing the roof deck, which comes with the territory I suppose, but they were able to handle everything and still get the repairs done in about a day and a half. They seemed confident I could get insurance to cover it, but that was not the case so I had to cover it all out of pocket. In the contract I didn't see any type of warranty for work or materials. I had read that these rubber roofs could last up to 50 years, so when requested, Josh wrote in a 10 year workmanship warranty. Seemed strange to me I had to request it, but it has been over 2 years so far and it seems to be holding up, so that is good. Nice enough people, and I'm thankful they were able to take on the job, get it done in a timely manner, and maintain good communication throughout. This took place in the fall of 2021, which was during a booming time in construction and it was hard enough to find a company that would even call back, nonetheless one with experience with rubber/flat roofing."

"A+ review for William and the KeyPrime team! About a year ago, we purchased a historic house that was in need of several major repairs. The roof was over 20 years old and had not been done properly before, which had caused the wood soffits, eves, and fascias to rot. Squirrels and bats had started getting in through the rotted wood, and the gutters were falling off the house. We interviewed a lot of companies and received numerous bids. It was a complex project, and we wanted it done well + affordably (a difficult combination to achieve). We also needed all the work to conform to the historic register requirements and be approved by the historic preservation committee. When William came out and discussed the project, we were immediately impressed. He demonstrated a deep understanding of the intricacies that the project would involve, and was able to explain things to us simply and clearly. He was patient and took the time to answer all our questions, so that we understood all our options and felt comfortable with the proposal. He also helped us to make informed decisions about where to cut costs in order to keep the project within our budget, as well as where it was worth it to spend the money and not cut corners. The project itself went very smoothly. Everyone on the team was friendly, and they worked very efficiently. A few times when questions or concerns came up, I called William and they were addressed immediately. One of our big worries when we started the project was that a company was going to come in with a low bid and then raise the price with “surprises” once the project started. William was very up front with the pricing, and let us know what would happen if they uncovered anything unexpected after the roof was opened up. Thankfully, no surprises were found, and we were billed the exact amount that we were initially quoted! A few small unexpected things even came up during the project that they could have easily “nickel and dimed” us for, but they just took care of them without any additional charges. The new roof, soffits, eves, fascia, and gutters that KeyPrime installed look great, and we are extremely happy! They did a great job restoring the beauty to our historic house. Our experience with KeyPrime was exceptional from start to finish, and we look forward to working with them again on future projects."

"I appreciated eRoof's promise of high-quality workmanship. Tyler was very easy to work with. He was responsive and provided thorough customer service, more than I was anticipating for this project. Our roof needed additional repair work beyond just shingling. The estimate for that, I thought, was fair. They even repainted the replacement fascia work with a matching paint color. They also replaced the roof vents with ones that were of much higher quality and squirrel-proof. The roof now looks a lot better and is of much higher quality that what we had before. "Chase from Excel Renovation was great to work with regarding our residential garage roof leak. He was very personable and there was excellent/ professional communication in talking through the potential issue and then scheduling a time to meet. Chase ended up starting with a simpler repair approach first, re-fastening and re-sealing a roof flashing, which we agreed was the right thing to do for our type of roof leak (very small leak) and for this cold time of year (late Nov). He was very honest in what he thought was the likely issue and digging deeper right away in our case, instead of just resealing and testing first, may cause more harm than good. He would not take any money for the repair…I tried though. :-) He said to keep an eye on it during the upcoming rain and snow melt(s) and he could always dig deeper if needed in the spring, removing interior sheetrock and then applying water with a hose over suspected area on the roof. If you’re looking for an honest company that won’t steer you wrong, give these guys a call. I highly recommend this company and I would definitely work with them again!"

If questions or concerns arose throughout the project we were able to discuss those things and come to a remedy to correct the question or concern. The crew of people that they have working for them and the subcontractors they brought in were all professional and courteous. They are very fair on their pricing and when they discovered some things that would help with insulation on our home or structural issues in our soffits - they immediately had a clear explanation for their suggestion and price for that to be fixed.
