"I called and my timing must have been perfect. 2 technicians showed up 30 minutes later. They put on shoe covers which I appreciate. They opened up the unit and checked the flame and spark. That must have been enough since the unit started working. They checked to make sure the propane was flowing and cleaned the condensation pan. Within 30 minutes after arriving, they were done. I plan to have them come back in a couple of months to maintain the ductless splits for this summer. What they charge for the service is very reasonable given that I had contacted a competitor and received a quote that more than 2x what I paid."

Our exhaust fan hood arrived dented and Joe had to come back to install it and had some issues fitting in the top part but he stayed till 11pm to finish getting it in. Joe will make sure you are happy with the job and will always keep you updated as to what is going on and will send you pictures to show you the progress."
