"Bryce came out and checked out the RV before ordering new valves. Our rig is a 2003 Suncruiser and we are the third owner so it is now out of warranty. The new valve didn’t seem to make a difference but they checked with the factory and discovered it could be just an air bubble. We ran the slide in and out a few times to get the bubble out and it works like a champ now. At Your Service never charges additional trip fees if they have to come back on the same work order. We have used them for all our repair needs since we bought this RV in 2012. They are the best RV service center around as they come to you and are trained on all brands. "Communicated via email and text to make arrangements for an estimate. Showed up on time for the estimate and setup a time for a few days later to make the repair. Must have been some mix-up on the date and time for we turned off the water and drained the lines only for a no-show. Arranged for another day.
Dis-assembled the fixture and replaced the gasket and re-assembled with new seats and spring and caulked which took 2.5 hours. Stated that if it still had problems that a plumber would have to take a look at it.
When testing the fixture the next day, the fixture still leaked but we discovered that it was not re-installed in the same position-need to offset the handle to turn off the water completely. The handle is very sticky now when adjusting the water temperature.
The receipt for the work was a regular piece of copy paper hand-written.

He has a ton of tools and parts, and was able to go into his truck and find the right equipment for our job without going out and extending the engagement.
I had another project that involved painting and he recommended that I use my regular painter as it would cost me less.
He's competent, knowledgeable and an excellent diagnostician of household repairs. Everything he did last year is still fixed, and I expect this year's "fixes" to be the same.
The best news? He charged me for a half hour! No "minimum service call" charge, not even minimum one hour, which I feel it should have been as he came to the house. But he said his policy was actual time worked, and that's what he charged.
