"Three door installer professionals gave me bids to install a new double-front door. I selected Craig Osborn over the other two because he demonstrated the greatest understanding of the types of problems that could arise and possible solutions to each. I was not disappointed. Even though our house dealt out problem after problem, Craig professionally resolved each one while maintaining a positive attitude and his great sense of humor throughout the process. His bid was higher than the other installers, but I am convinced that any other installer would not have done half the job that Craig did and I would have paid more in the long run. I am very pleased with Craig’s performance and the quality of his work."
