"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction. <br /> WRS <br /> <br />"

"Went very well. We added some extra work on the end which cost him an extra day of work and he handled it quite nicely. Anytime we had questions he was there to answer them. He had an emergency call one day and made sure he called us to let us know he would be there late that day. When he did come, he still did a full day's work. <br /> I work from home and there was a lot of work going on out my window. He let me know in advance what days he would be using heavy equipment which helped, and kept us informed how much was done and what was the plan for the next day. <br /> When we received the bill, he showed us several items that were returned to the store because they were not needed, and took that off the bill. Our statement was very detailed and I was able to see everything and know it wasn't 'adjusted' like some workers do. <br />"
