"It was ok. He didn’t seem to grasp the importance of a time schedule having had to reschedule once and then showing up early twice when I wasn’t home. He did come back to correct something that I had requested, so that was good. I never got a detailed description of what he diagnosed and replaced as requested. This was important since it was an insurance claim and now the claim has been denied for lack of evidence. So now I’m out the money for repairs. I may hire him again but I won’t be asking Lowe’s to deliver and install anything any time soon."

He also submitted several quotes for us to select the project we wanted. After selecting our and date to be completed. he showed up on time and completed the project within the parameters he agreed to. He upgraded electrical boxes, major ground Wire, House electrical mast, and GFI outlets. Brian even uses a level to ensure all outlets are installed vertically level. He was very respectful of us and our home. on a scale of 1-5, I would rate him a 10. You can't go wrong with McCormick."
