He sanded sun bleached/damaged wood in a dining room, hearthroom, and kitchen that hadn't been refinished in 25 years. His task was to make the 38-year-old floor look like the newly laid floor in the living room. Some "tweaks" on the stain and voila! Three coats of poly and the floors look like new and beautiful! One box of tiles showed up with most of them broken - which delayed the installs/completion for the bathroom by about a week (no fault of Floor Coverings - They were just broken during shipping). The overall work was great, we have an old house with uneven floors and corners that aren't 90 degrees - so its hard to say they couldn't have done any better with what they had to work with!
