"We needed asphalt repair and resurfacing on our 50+ year old driveway. Not exactly an attractive project for concrete / asphalt companies that typically prefer large projects. But CSI responded right away and scheduled an appointment for the following day to inspect the driveway. They came back to me within hours with a reasonable written estimate. The work was completed in two visits over the next two weeks, as the asphalt repair needed time to cure before applying a new topcoat. Thorough clean up and removal of old asphalt and debris was provided. Outstanding quality work performed by friendly and honest people. Would not hesitate to use them again. "Do not be fooled by the positive reviews. It’s evident they are paying for reviews or having their buddies create fake ones. We had a lackluster experience with Haven Hub. I’m giving them two stars bc the job eventually got done, but I wouldn’t recommend them. Poor communication, project manager changes with no notice, and unprofessionalism made the process frustrating. (I have an endless list of things that went wrong but only 1000 words.) Contractors tried to upsell us under the table for work already in our contract, and the concrete wasn’t poured to spec. Crews didn’t show up for weeks; they left a dirt pile that got us warning from the city. Sprinklers in the park strip were initially promised by the salesman, then left out of his poor drawing. Even when we scheduled a final wrap-up date, they didn’t show. The park strip was never finished, despite many promises to do so. We signed March 5 and didn’t finish until May 29 — nearly three months when it should’ve taken weeks"

"Thomas, sales, assured & described remedy for each concern including low spot where water pools. Admitted that they are not the low bid because they are superior in workmanship. Delayed start due to material pick-up. told it would still be dry by 5pm. Lawrence walk the project identified all issues including the only low spot where water pools. the crew worked efficiently enough to solicit and complete two neighbor's projects that same day. cracks were still very visible. Lawrence said I would have to wait 6 months and repeat the process for and additional $1500 to completely fill the cracks. The area did not dry by 5 but took over 24 hours to be walkable. I paid them in full immediately. A week later the water pooled at the low spot as before. no difference. I sent photos with an email. No response from the company. I followed up with a phone call. Lawrence said there was nothing they could do and refused to come look. I am very disappointed."
