He comes across as a **good old boy** and will talk your leg off. Even about other customers. He drives a retired vehicle and I would think would have ample room to stock normal plumbing repair parts such as a toilet fill valve one would think. Unreliable. Move on from him is my opinion. My husband was so mad he watched online videos, and did the necessary repairs for $20."
