"We submitted a request for a bid and received a call from the owner, Mark, on a Saturday. He came right over, reviewed our needs and listened to my feedback. Mark was very thorough and identified a few deficiencies with our current gutters and drainage, he submitted a bid on the spot. After considering other bids, we decided to go with Mark and his team for new 6" seamless gutters and 3"x4" downspouts . Mark texted a few days ahead of their arrival to confirm the schedule. On install day, he and his team arrived on time and started promptly. Mark communicated very effectively and ensured we were comfortable with all downspout locations and path. They added several extensions to ensure we were comfortable with the drainage location of all downspouts. All of the work occurred during the current shutdowns related to COVID19. Mark and his team all respected and practiced social distancing guidelines and boundaries during the entire project, and they did a great job cleaning up the job site before leaving. The work performed and product installed exceeded our expectations. Mark and his team installed new guttering and downspouts in all of the areas Mark recommended, as well as in inside a corner below a valley where we weren't expecting to have guttering and a downspout.
