They made time to come over after 5:30 pm on my workday but have not made time to come over to replace the part they threw away after I arrive from my new job on weekdays and have not offered to do this on a weekend day. I can?t change my 1st review I submitted to soon after the job was done. My doors no longer align together as they did before the entire patio door set was removed and reinstalled. "

Replaced my old Sears ~2000 era 1/2 HP system with a Chamberlain wifi, very quiet belt drive, battery backed up, max, 1 1/4 equivalent DC motor with great features that I'm still enjoying. Samuel was finished within a couple of hours including adjusting the torsion spring. I don't suggest just anyone messing with those torsion springs. Samuel cleaned up everything when he was done."
