Hello, I’m a local guy born and raised right here in Columbia. I’m available to do all kind of residential ground work from reshaping your property for proper drainage to clearing trees and overgrowth for better views. I focus on selective growth management in which I remove all scrubby trees and undergrowth to maximize the life of the wanted trees. I also clear large amounts of land. "They come on time and took shoes off as I requested. Two guy--Nick and Nick. Nick one used a vacuum clean all the ducts, only missed one, first floor and second floor. Nick two explain to me what a whole set of job will be --clean the duct, but one for one set in/out and mine has two small branches, he called 3 Mains/feeders. Then he'll need make small openings on the main/feeder ducts in order to use brush clean the inner surface. He also said there are animal hairs inside, need to be clean, mold need to be sanitized and I request a cut for easy insert the filter. It took them from 12 pm to 2 pm finish all. They also spread some protection for the rusted cover, due to the moisture. Nick is very patient with my questions. I also mentioned the dryer vent on the coupon, asked they to vacuum the basement near their work area since it's new carpet. They did it.
After all, I gave the coupon, which is $89 and check with $948. Now I realize I'm overpaid at least $89, if not more.

In one word, this is a really bad deal!! I end up pay more than other companies regular price and I'm not 100% trust if all of the "job" they listed are really needed."

"With the $100 girft card, they entire system was less than $100 for many motion detectors, and window alarms. The monitoring is more than other companies, but when you factor in the cost of the equipment, it was cheaper. They are the best customer service people I have ever used. They are quick to respond, the system is so easy to use. You can arm using an app if you forgot to arm before you left. Have key chain you can use as well to arm or disarm. Would highly recommend this company."

"Class It Up Cleaning's representative was professional, and the quality of work was more than satisfactory."

"Joe from JMS Drain Services was my service technician who arrived well within the window scheduled service time. Joe came in, inspected the sink to determine how to resolve my issue, took out the tool (snake apparatus) to clear the sink, and departed my premises within 15 minutes. I was pleased he resolved my clogged sink so quickly so I could rest after a night's work. Thank you again, Joe."

"He washed my siding and gutters and they look so good! We had a few years of build up and he got them white again. Definitely recommend!"
