"Mendez and team did a phenomenal job removing the different outdated flooring and installing LVP flooring that I had purchased. The team did such a great job that when I remove the carpet in the rest of the home, they’ll be the team that I hire to do so. "Unfortunately the contractor missed my scheduled appointment.  When called they apologized and showed up shortly thereafter. When the contractor arrived, they explained the scope of what I purchased.  They immediately started to work and was finished in short order.  Work was satisfactory and professionally done.  One repair made did have a small leak at first rain.  When called they responded quickly."

"We liked the carpet that we picked out. However we had to call them back after they installed the carpet because  there were wrinkles or bubbles in the carpet. It looked like they didn't pull it tight enough. They sent two other people out and they did their best to pull the wrinkles out of the carpet, but there is still a bubble around the fireplace so we will neve use them again. I would not recommend them because we were not pleased with the end results of our carpet. The carpet is still not right."
