"It's hasn't rained yet so I cant say if I don't have leaks but that is what I paid for and that is the service that was provided by Mike with Roof Solutions today. Miller and Mike were both informative and nice guys. Mike is who did the work and he was very thorough in explaining why he was doing certain work in certain areas, after he evaluated the roof. This was my first time getting any kind of roof service on any home so I'm not sure if the price was good or bad but seemed worth it to me. Didn't like that they dont accept cards but Miller has a ton of alternative payment options so, not being able to use my debit card was not a deal breaker plus Miller explained why and I think its a perfectly great reason not to accept cards. Honestly, the alternative payment options are more commonly accepted anyways so kiddos also for staying up-with-the-times! I would recommend Roof Solutions as a service provider for your residential and/or commercial roofing needs. AND great clean-up too!"

"I got Sam’s name (All Phase Roofing) from another long time realtor to help my clients with various roof issues that arise from the building Inspections. We are also usually needing it done quickly before close. Many times I will need to oversee repairs for out of state sellers. He’s extremely reasonable, honest, will respond quickly, and does great work. He also did a roof for me for a flip we did. Great work and I appreciate this very hard working contractor."

"They did a very good job with the roof and the addition that came off the house and covered the deck. The only reason I gave them a B rating for quality instead of an A has to do with the finishing touches on the addition. All around the house the soffit fascia is covered in white sheet metal. When they finished the addition, which follows the roof line of the back of the house. They left it with bare, untreated wood. They don't use treated lumber because it reacts with the metal roofing and some corrosion may result. That's fine, but they should have at least covered it so that it tied in with the rest of the roof line. As we did our final inspection, I asked about the wood being treated and he explained why they don't use it. I said " so I guess I'll have to cover it?" He said that I would. I was leaving town on business in a couple days and had a lot going on, so I guess I just didn't think to put my foot down and insist they do it. Here in Mobile, Alabama we are the wettest city in the nation. We get more annual rainfall than Seattle, and it's humid. Wood rot happens.I went and bought some Thompson's Water Seal, and some sheet metal and took care of it myself. I have some pictures, but I don't see how to post them on this review page. The workers were very polite and cleaned up very well each day.

"Miller. the owner, is a top professional. He answered my request in minutes and arrived on time the next morning to look at my roof. He thoroughly explained the issue I was having with my roof and what needed to be done to fix the problem. He also noticed other beginning issues with the roof, like nails lifting, boots becoming dislodged and sealant issues. I also mentioned to him there was a tremendous amount of water over flowing above one gutters in heavy rain in one location as my roof pitch is steep with multiple roof angles in this area. When Mike, his crew arrived, Mike fixed all issues, including the water flow issue, and took the time to explain his day on my roof to me. I know nothing about roofs, but am better educated now on the care and maintenance of my roof. I highly recommend Roof Solutions to anyone needing expert roof repair and maintenance. They performed the job in a timely and professional manner and I will call them again for any roofing needs."

"I literally can't say enough good things about this company. I spoke with Kenny about the problems we've been noticing inside our home. Him and Travis were at my house within 30 minutes to access the problems. Both Kenny and Travis were extremely courteous, thorough with their explanation of the damage they found (which was a LOT) as well as their explanation of how their company will help save my roof for 5 years. The free inspection was also VERY thorough. 25 pictures were taken of my roof and attic, which showed me all of the damage we had. Their true concern for us was an added bonus! Our roof is 20 years old and was in desperate need of replacement but I couldn't afford it. By hiring this company, it extended the life of my roof by 5 years and it saved me thousands of dollars. There are 2 options to choose from. I chose the full package deal, which consists of replacing all missing shingles, sealing all holes, repairing other damages, sealing the roof which brings it back to new like condition, etc. Because of their concerns for us, they truly went above and beyond to get the job done quickly because of the upcoming rain forecast.
