"I have been using Mr. Buggs for 3 years for pest control and have been very pleased. I was using another company for my yard, trugreen, and they were horrible. They basically killed my $10,000 lawn. Since I was unable to compare completed cost quotes, I'm not sure I can rate the price as excellent, but it was in line with what other companies' speculations of what work might be needed. My only problem has been getting the promised warranty document from the franchise owner in Michigan."

They just had a rate increase awhile back. In fact I called them today and my son is looking for someone. If I refer him, they will give me a $25 discount off of my bill."

"The young guy that arrived at my rental and never called before getting there. He began his work and only communicated his findings with the tenant. He returned the next day two hours late finished job. He was able to find and remove one rat. The total time he spent was less than four hours. <br /> I have since called around and find that similar services are $500-$800. Trapper John - Treasure Coast is a total rip-off. I have a neighbor who need a raccoon removed and they charged them $1500. Very expensive compared to others. <br />"

"Tom and his son arrived a little early and went right to work. He explained what he was going to do and assured my wife that her white couches were not in danger of soot coverage. He proceeded to check the flu and clean the chimney pipe and then completely clean the fire box.  He discovered a loose piece of soapstone across the front of the stove which he repaired (at no charge).....The entire job lasted about an hour and when they left you couldn't tell they had been there. Also checked small gas fireplace in kitchen and showed me how to operate. <br /> Very personable and professional, would definately use again. <br />"

"We have had this service contract for at least a year, and it is going well. The staff at Southern are pleasant, professional and helpful. They call to schedule a convenient time to spray every 3 months. They come when they say they are coming. It doesn't take long for them to complete the job. Since we started this, we haven't had problems with spiders on our screened porch and it is very rare to find an insect in the house, so I would have to say that it is working. This service does not include termites.  It costs $75 per quarterly treatment, so $300 per year total. <br />"
