"Contractor James had injured his tendon in his finger on left hand two days before my job was scheduled. Left arm was totally wrapped up. He hired help, went with my job on schedule. Job took a little longer than usual (understandably so!). He worked so hard one handed. Even though it took a little longer, I am completely satisfied with the job. Work is excellent. He went out of his way to help with little things that weren’t his problem, like toilet hose that wasn’t working properly after hook up, etc. that was due to normal wear and tear on my part. I am a completely satisfied customer. Would recommend James all the way. Also, installation quote is very reasonable. Could not find a better floor contractor!!"

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
