We were so impressed with how he repaired our front porch; we called him back to install two exterior doors. Since then, we have hired Nick to work on three more of our properties. He has installed new interior/exterior doors, rebuilt multiple decks, a front porch, an interior staircase, installed interior trim on all windows/doors for a 2-story farmhouse, installed two sets of sliding glass doors, rebuilt two exterior walls with termite damage, and remodeled two full bathrooms. Nick has an amazing ability to bring my “vision” to life. I also greatly appreciate his honesty. If my idea is not feasible, he will tell me and offer an alternative or tell me he can’t do it. I would much rather someone tell me up front if they if they cannot or don’t feel comfortable tackling a project than tell me they can and not"

"Mr. Green was very responsive to our initial call and provided a prompt estimate for the work. He scheduled and completed the project in a timely manner. We relocated during the work and Mr. Green kept us apprised daily of his progress. This included his sending pictures of the space preparation (which was meticulous) and each day's progress. The only snag in the process was that we assumed that the prep and painting of the baseboards was included in the estimate, but it was not. This issue was resolved satisfactorily."

"Very pleased with end result. Haley Hahn's Ron Prince has many years of experience and was very knowledgable, responsive and helpful. The new gutters (with leaf guard) & downspouts are high quality, attractive and fairly priced. Installation took about two days and went very smoothly. Unlike so many others, they did a good clean-up job when finished although I did have to bring a few areas to their attention. My only disappointment was ... they would not repair very minor facia board damage (from squirrels) in two areas despite my willingness to pay extra. However, I would use them again and have already recommended them to a close friend."

"Ok then tried to sell me replacement pipe covers for $300 including installation . Covers at HD were $8.00 no installation . Installing is easy so extra $292 seemed way high for this job . Hence low rating"
