They saved us when our original contractor told us on 6/5, a month after agreeing to the start date, that they needed to push the date from 6/15 to 7/6. So out of desperation I sent a text message with the details of our job to Brick House Masonry at 4:28pm on Friday 6/5. I got a response from Sergio 3 minutes later saying they could do it and he would take a closer look at the info I had sent. Within 30 minutes I had a preliminary quote which was very reasonable. After a few more texts and we had a potential start date of the following Tuesday on 6/9! Sergio came by our house on Saturday morning at 8am to look things over firsthand to be sure everything was in order. We had an official contract on Sunday and signed it. The Brick House Masonry crew showed up first thing on Tuesday 6/9 as promised and demoed around 480 sqft of existing concrete which had to be removed by hand as we did not have bobcat access. Wednesday and Thursday, they cut a new drain line to the front of our house and did the grading, forms, and rebar. Our pour day was scheduled for first thing on Saturday 6/13 and the crew once again showed up and did a wonderful job pouring around 680 sqft of concrete. They were done and everything was cleaned up by 1pm. The crew was conscientious about cleaning and never left the work area a disaster in between days. They did an outstanding job and we would recommend Sergio and Brick House Masonry without reservation! From start to finish Sergio and Brick House Masonry finished our job in 8 days! This was not just a simple deal as the previous owners of our home left us with a backyard full of mismatched concrete that was poorly done. Think a concrete Frankenstein. They transformed our backyard abomination into something we can be proud of and cannot wait to use!"
