"It was fine. I thought it was kind of pricey. The $39 wasn't pricey, it was what he found. I have a roof that was put on just five years ago. It's a cement tile roof and I knew I had three tiles that were cracked. But the young man that did the evaluation said that I had a lot of crevices that were full of debris and would cause leaking. I did have three very large redwoods in my front yard that were removed last fall. So I can see that I probably did have a lot of debris. I ended up paying $700, probably plus. I actually went ahead and had it done because he took really very good pictures and showed me. There is no way I can get up on the roof. I could have said, "No, I'm not going to do it." But, I thought perhaps that they were probably right. It was $673.26 plus $39. I was surprised, unless the company that put my roof on was not very good. I have no idea, what do you do. They were on time."
