"I had a upstairs bathroom remodel completed right before Guy came and everything had a thin layer of dust as well as some specific soil marks. Also had just general wear from 2 years between cleanings, 2 teens and a big dog. Carpets look new, smell great AND are super soft. Last time they were professionally cleaned they looked good but felt "crunchy". Guy had to do my stairs twice because of what looked like oil spots. The carpet on the stairs now looks brand new!! I am SO pleased- am usually just glad to have clean carpets but this is the first time I am THRILLED with the job!"

"We have a very large home with carpet that had not been cleaned in a while.  The cleaner arrived on time.  Pre-treated highly soiled areas prior to cleaning.  Cleaned the carpet thoroughly and provided advice on how to keep the carpet clean longer. <br />"

"Well, quite frankly, it was wonderful! I met Lacy through my friend, who happens to be Lacey’s mom. I called her, desperate for help to do a complete, top to bottom clean up on my mother’s house which was being listed to sell. We were in a hurry and anxious about weather or not we needed to paint instead of just a clean up . But then Lacey arrived, right on time, cheerful and friendly, and proceeded to dive right into the accumulated dust and dirt and empty-house-mustiness! She finished the job quickly, (almost exactly how long she had estimated) and it really sparkled! She was professionally dressed, in clean and crisp white garments and shoes, and followed all proper sanitation protocols, especially for covid, and i couldn’t be more pleased with her results!"

"Did not know better but took first quote. They were going to charge $400 for everything so I accepted. When tech showed up he said that the $400 quote was for either service not both. As I needed to have work done and they said there would be an additional charge if I rescheduled anyway, we agreed to pay and had the work done. Carpets looked good not great when they finished. On next cleaning used taylor restoration (no longer providing these services) and they got stains out coit said they couldn't. They also steam cleaned my entire house carpeted areas and upholstered furniture for $150. This was several years ago so perhaps they have improved as well as their pricing but for what I paid I was definitely not satisfied with the results and will not use them again."
