"We recently had our floors refinished after a renovation while we were out of town. Needless to say when we returned, the floors were significantly damaged, uneven throughout, inconsistent finishe, etc. After the prior company attempted to resand the floors, it was clear that they did not understand how to handle cherry hardwood. I called Carlos as he refinished the floors six years ago. He was super responsive and came by to inspect the floors and provide an estimate to our contractor. Carlos and team were able to nearly restore the floors to the prior finish, doing it quickly, professionally and with little dust. They demonstrated their clear understanding of cherry floors, Bona finish as well as of our needs. It was a bonus that he also has a training program with apprentices who were also helpful in this project. They refinished 2100 sft in two full days (with 2 teams). We are grateful for the finish and the professionalism."

"If you are looking for an outstanding hardwood flooring company, look no further! I have used RTL Floors 3 times now and every time I have been exceedingly happy with the job performed. Robert is honest, fair and VERY GOOD at what he does. We initially used RTL floors a few years ago to strip and refinish the hardwood floors in our house. The job they did was beautiful! The floors looked new after he completed the work and they are 60 years old! We then used RTL again to install flooring in our family room, removing our outdated carpeting. Robert not only did a fantastic job on the floors but counseled me along the way to find a good, hardy flooring option that would live up to the rigors we put it through in that room. Most recently, we used RTL when we experienced a loss due to sudden and unexpected water backup. Robert worked around me and my GC on timing, came in the day we planned, and has done an outstanding job installing new floors in the room affected even though the job was exceedingly difficult to match new wood to 60-year-old flooring right next to it.
