"Installation went well.  The were able to start the install before anticipated, set the posts on Friday and finished on Monday.  The crew was professional and courteous, they asked where they could put the soil they dug out, asked how low the fence needed to be (to keep a small dog in), and even spray painted the stainless steel hardware black to match the fence.  Another quote I got that was higher was using galvanized posted and were driven in the ground instead of in concrete.  I needed one gate adjusted and Tom came out himself to make the adjustment.  All was just how you would expect a business to operate."

I know nothing about fencing and they were easy to work with and answered any questions I had, and had great answers for problems (like how to put the fence up against my weirdly shaped house). "They did an excellent job you would never know there was a door there. <br /> <br /> **UPDATE 7/9/2015** They were supposed to come back to seal the door off. I called them three weeks later and left a message but did not receive a response so I called them another time two weeks after that. The service provider ensured me that he would send people out to finish the job and seal the door/ make everything flush so all I would have to do it paint. I should have also received a 10% senior discount ($50 on the $500 bill) which I never received. He  said that Angie's List was supposed to pay me the discount which is not true. I felt that was poor professionalism and poor business. In the end, he didn't finish the job and it doesn't look like he plans to finish the job."
