Joh and his team agreed to instal the system on one of the coldest days of the year in early Jan because I was worried and didn't want to wait for better weather. John Fleenor exceeded our expectations to such an extent that this is the second time we are utilizing his services, and we have no regrets whatsoever. "My wife and I recently had George inspect a home we are buying. He did a home inspection and radon test, and he contracted the pest inspection for us as well, which occurred simultaneously. I had read great reviews about George and I am pleased to say not only were they spot on, he outperformed my expectations. When we arrived, George was already climbing a ladder to walk the roof. He unplugged a couple downspouts (not necessarily his problem, but he wanted to make sure everything was draining properly) and thoroughly walked the roof, inspecting and describing all of what he was seeing. Once the roof was done, he came down and inspected the entire outside of the home and not only noted issues, but also gave us some great advice on future maintenance of the home, especially given that it has a Tudor siding which requires specific installation processes. He noted several areas where we should improve grading for proper drainage, etc. Inside the house he was just as thorough, checking EVERY outlet without fail, all switches were confirmed, etc. The utilities were all gone through very well and just the same as the exterior, George was a wealth of information for future items to pay attention to or upgrade. Aside from George's actual services, he was very pleasant to work with. He has a lighthearted demeanor and makes what would normally be a tedious process very much enjoyable. He spent 4 hours doing our inspection and we both feel that we know exactly what we are buying and learned a wealth of great information about properly maintaining the home. His report was very detailed with clear explanations of current condition as well as his recommendations to fix issues, complete with very nice photos showing each in detail. I would not hesitate to recommend George as a home inspector to anyone, I could not be happier with his work. Others in the industry should watch him work and follow suit, because it seems harder and harder to find people who take pride in doing a job right and making sure their customer gets exactly what they are paying for. "One of my home's bedrooms was showing mold on the ceiling and also in that room's closet.That closet also contains the entrance to the attic. My home is one story. I phoned MoldMedics (MM) and spoke with Thad. Thad came to my home the next day and inspected both the moldy bedroom and also other parts of the house, looking for mold that I might have overlooked. He told me what was causing the mold and he suggested what could be done in the future to prevent another mold outbreak. Thad quoted a fair price ($845 + tax) to fix the problem, and I accepted. Five days later Matt from MM came to my house and spent about 5 hours fixing the problem. Matt did an awesomely good job, including cleanup. Matt was very generous with his time spent answering my many questions, and he offered suggestions.Matt also gave my bathroom a quick chemical fogging, even though it was not on the original to-do list, thus it was a freebie. I am very satisfied with MM's fast response to my problem,their quality of work, and the fact that both Thad and Matt so patiently answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. I wouldn't hesitate to use MM again in the future."

"<p>Randy was absolutely excellent. This was our first home and I know nothing about houses. He walked me through and just taught me a ton, while checking everything. He just so clearly knows houses top to bottom and was super professional. He was super nice, it was like having a caring uncle who knows a ton about houses teaching you what's what. </p> <p>He arrived early, did not seem at all in any hurry to leave despite me having a ton of questions. I even asked him after the inspection for some recommendations of contractors to use for various services and he was happy to give me some names. </p> <p>Quality Home Inspections also had some very nice electronic communication (appointment confirmation, invoice, etc.) and I was able to pay ahead of time via his website. Made it very easy.</p> <p>Absolutely recommended this company.</p> <p>The price was actually $325 for the inspection, $125 for the radon which he did himself, and $60 for the wood-destroying pests which he sub-contracted through a pest company (who came while he was there and did a good job as well). </p> <br />"
