"Communication with the contract was non existent, the dates and times to show up for starting were never met, forcing me to have neighbors to look out for workers/contactor; worker left their lunch/meal bags and trash in yard and under bushes. Worker left empty concrete bags beneath fence, and left part of post exposed, installed upside down, bots ends are exposed to pedestrians versus smooth head and the fence sleaves are not connected, and the bottom gates and post appear to not have been tampered or leveled and not even whereas some part at the bottom of fence is either on the ground where others tension wire connection not including fence sleeve , excessive concert in yard beyond shape post creating a hazard for my lawn mower (unable) to cut grass while attempting to have concerns address, project is not into week five with basically no communication despite providing videos, pictures, contractor and his crew had cost me more grief Ergeon representative has yet to do anything"

Atwood Home Builders was started in 1961 by Marvin “Bunker” Stein and has been proudly serving the residents of Pittsburgh for over fifty years. Since 1961, we have been replacing roofs, windows, siding and gutters, as well as installing concrete patios and driveways for the valued members of our community including teachers, nurses, doctors, city workers, churches and more. We enjoy working, living and raising our families in Pittsburgh and we care about our customers. At Atwood Home Builders, we have spent the last fifty years establishing a solid reputation as a company you can trust. Today, we are proud to be able to say that most of our new business is referred to us by past or existing customers. Family owned & operated.
"They installed a new roof, gutters, and downspouts for my house in late summer 2024. The quality was poor -- they had to return to fix their gutters as they were leaking. Now, the flashing is coming off and they are refusing to repair their sloppy work. The work did not even last one year, which is unacceptable. I'm concerned that as time goes by it will get even worse. They do not respond and do not seem to care. I cannot recommend this company."

"Was called a few days after dropping it off. Was told he removed sticks from under pullies and was told it was fixed. Came home began to cut grass, ran tractor for about 2000 feet and tractor stopped moving. Had to order my own transmission. Will never use them again or recommend them."
