"The contractor was a true pro.,he new his product ,he new how important to size the heater needed to do the job correctly and he priced the install accordingly.He was prompt always on time,removed the old water heater and made necessary changes to my home to accommodate the new tankless heater.He installed a new unit that has a great reliability history and long term warranty at a fair cost.Not heard of in todayâ s business world and the man that owns the business is the person who actually does the work! I have technical background and I bombarded Brendan with lot of questions on scientific and mathematical and technical functions of heat pump, but Brendan immediately came up with satisfactory technical and scientific responses which cleared doubts and gave me optimism. "I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"
