Upon installation of a lawn irrigation system, you will receive 2 seasonal service contract, which includes the start up and shut down of your system, a fertile system which fertilizes your lawn(fee), repels bugs and rust, also a hose enclose which hides your garden hose for those small jobs (fee).
"BEWARE of this company, especially Roger. We had an appointment today for turn on and installation of a $600 fertilizer systems. Appointment was for 8 am, technician was sent to wrong address and told us by phone to reschedule the appointment. After calling the office, the time was changed to 1-4 and they arrived at 4:15. Tech was rude, arrogant and a lier. We are having a driveway installed and I was told by Roger that they would return when the driveway was done. Roger is a very scary man and among other things I was asked if I understand english. I was told there were 5-6 line breaks because of the driveway. In actuality there is one line break- no where near the driveway and it was due to me tilling for our garden. While I was talking with Eric I heard Roger in the background screaming at another customer. Then Roger said to give me to him and that "he would take care of me". Eventually I was hung up on - never having received confirmation of my cancellation or refund of my $600. I called back and was hung up on again. I have never been treated in such an awful way and am now sorry we chose this company last fall to install a new system in the home we purchased in Hoffman Estates. I am now looking for a reliable, trustworthy company to move our work to. BEWARE"

Dawn their receptionist seem to know nothing about a call back. Dawn scheduled another appt for end of following week at noon. At 3 called to see if I had mixed up days. Was informed that the service man had clocked into my house at noon. Since I'd never left my home all day that was impossible & told her so. She again said that her computer said he checked in at my home at noon. She finally kind of apologized & wanted to make another appointment for the following day. Just did not feel right about trying for another appointment and wondered if the person would even do a decent job of sprinkler repair considering his no shows."
