"I was desperate. Had over 30 mosquito bites in less than 72 hours. I spoke with Pam At the 24/7 Call Center. She was understanding, And did everything over and beyond to assure I would have someone out here the very next day to spray the property for mosquitoes. I don't know what would have happened had I not got Pam on that call. She was a true blessing. Isaac came out the very next day and sprayed everything. Thank you Terminix! Pam and Isaac are my heros!"

"We bought our house last October and needed someone to come out and get rid of some spiders and other bugs since it had been vacant for awhile. I got a call from Matt and he was very friendly and accommodating on the time he could come and take care of our new home. The team came (husband and wife ) and were very professional and did a great job. I ended up paying for a whole year because the cost was fair but the customer service was extremely good. Since then I have added the monthly mosquito spray since I’m extremely allergic to mosquito bites. Not only did they come out and spray and the mosquitos aren’t here but Matt has texted me several times this first month to make sure the product he used is working for us. Again customer service!!!! I will continue to use his service and would highly recommend him to anyone. It’s nice to use a locally owned business that cares about their customers versus a big box business that sometimes can offer a better rate but not offer the customer care we all want as a consumer!"
