Arron was professional and knowledgeable, he eliminated the pest issue in the first visit and validated that the pests did not return on follow-up visits. We continue to use Batzner and participate in their seasonal pest control program. They are proactive about scheduling seasonal appointments around our schedule which is awesome. "We have a contract with Final Conflict Pest Management for outdoor pest control service.The technician, is very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. They've always been reliable, dependable and their communication has always been very good. I get reminder emails saying it is time for the service and they always call beforehand and give an estimated time. They also call before they come, so I don't have to wait around forever. They do what they say they are going to do without hassle or pushy attempts to sell additional/unnecessary services. I will highly recommend them."
