"I was very happy with Coit. I was able to get an appointment within 2 weeks of my original call for information, and they did everything they said they would. I got a call the morning of my appointment with an approximate time of arrival, and another call 15-20 minutes before to confirm they were on their way. The technician was friendly and professional, and worked fast! They cleaned the carpet in 3 different rooms in about an hour from start to finish, and explained everything. The dog smell that had permeated our carpets is gone, as well as most stains (although the ground-in dirt I was hoping to get out on a major walkway on a light colored carpet is still there, just not quite as bad). I would definitely call them again."

They did tell me they had a full schedule but would squeeze me in. The tech was here about half an hour, quickly identifying and solving the problem. They won my business for future annual tune-ups and HVAC repairs."
