"Brt was great. As an architect I have been around a lot of contractors and most around here are not great, brt is the exception. They replaced stucco on exterior of my house. They had a competitive price, showed up on time, worked quickly and did the job right. I Couldn't ask for anything more. I would absolutely hire them again ."

"Hired them to re-face fieldstone fireplace facade in living room. It was completely resurfaced with stacked stone in three days. Beautiful custom work. Highly recommend you choose them for any stone or stucco work."

"Edgar and his team did an excellent job replacing all my wood siding with stucco and replacing rotted wood sheathing, where needed. It was a very large job and they did a great job transforming the exterior of my home. Edgar was honest and reliable and cared about the quality of his work. You can't ask much more than that."

"The services provided were acceptable and they were very efficient. Very friendly and good to work with. We had 5 spaces painted. Overall cost was on par with other quotes we received, but we chose them based on timing. While we were not under a deadline, we did want to get things completed ASAP and they were able to deliver. They even took care of a smaller side project for me as part of the scope and that was greatly appreciated. I do, however, have to comment on some of the quality issues. Some of these I pointed out at the time, but were not fully addressed upon completion. Generally, there was a sloppiness: some missed or light paint spots need touch-up; edges were not as straight as expected; bleed-through under taped areas; light switches painted; outlets painted over; and paint spots on wood floor. I am pretty forgiving of many items, but I have to remark on these because they are items that I avoid when I do the painting myself. UPDATE: We discovered more paint marks on the floors. This is really sloppy and we will likely need to have floors refinished."

"I hired MV Masonry to repair a block retaining wall. After speaking to Mike he advised me to build a new one. I received a few other quotes first but went with Mike because he truly seemed like the only honest person I spoke to and he didn’t cut any corners. I know the wall is going to hold up. Mike was incredibly responsive and is very knowledgeable about what he’s doing. He doesn’t just try to quickly smack on a finish coat and call it a day like most of these other contractors and call it a day. I highly recommend him. You don’t find people like him anymore!!"

"The Graziano General Contracting did an outstanding job in painting my walls in my condominium. They advise you on the best paints to use to get an excellent. They make sure that any imperfections in the wall smooth over so the wall is perfect. They come early, work all day so that you get a completed job as fast as possible. The apartment looks so beautiful."

"Milestone did a very good job at repointing (removing the old, crumbling mortar and replacing it with fresh, new waterproof mortar). Mik is very professional and is fair in his pricing. Communication with him was never an issue. His crew are very nice guys who did an excellent job. The finished job did not look like someone fat-fingered the mortar into place. Instead, the mortar lines are straight and clean. I would absolutely hire Milestone again."

"Gina has painted several rooms in my house including my entire attic and my fireplace! She has always been extremely friendly, responsive and helpful in suggesting colors and creative ideas! Her prices are beyond fair (I've paid much, much more for lower quality jobs) and I appreciate that she is a perfectionist who likes to get the job done just right. Having moved into a fixer upper house last year and being completely clueless on who to call and how to get things done - there has been lot of trial and error. Once I found Gina, I was so relieved to find a company I actually trusted to get the job done right. I will definitely be calling upon her for all future painting projects and even have a couple of other big projects in the works for her. I wouldn't use anyone else!"

"Very pleased with the work Tim and Charleen did in my home. I had 2 bathrooms painted as well as a laundry room and porch floor done. They are Tim and Charleen are Very professional and were neat and efficient. They responded to my work request quickly and I was able to schedule the job within 2 weeks. I found them to be very fair in their pricing. They installed bead board in my bathroom and it looks great. I couldn’t be more pleased with the way it turned out. Tim was kind enough to hang a new mirror I purchased for the bathroom as well. I highly recommend them and will not hesitate to hire them again."
