"They did excellent prep work, which was necessary for age of the house. . They showed up everyday by 8am and worked to 6 or 7pm. All the painters were friendly and courteous.. The house and garage look great. I plan to hire them again for some interior painting."

"Extremely well! Professional and courteous but not at all "stuffy". Was always on time and really, couldn't do enough for you. He and his crew often told us that if anything wasn't right they would fix it. Chad always responded very quickly to any questions I had either by phone or email. As far as price is concerned, Chad the Painter wasn't the cheapest but cheapest isn't always the way to go. We hope to have his company back for some interior painting in the winter. Very refreshing!"

"We contracted Tri-State Painting to paint the interior of our new home, including painting all of the stained trim and door frames. The team was great! They were on time every day and very informative and flexible with us as we had to make some changes in our choices during the process. The job took about 2 weeks given the scope of work. If I would have tried to paint all of this trim myself I'm convinced it would have taken me a year or more to complete. They were very detail oriented and extremely attentive to our needs. Would definitely hire them again!"

We did our due diligence and met with several contractors on the same day to obtain quotes for our large painting project. First impressions were that Luis' company would be our top pick given he was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and easy to communicate with during our initial meeting.  Before deciding, we gathered all our quotes- BM Custodio sent their estimate back first- and we were pleasantly surprised that his price came in less than the other quotes we received. "They did get the job done right. We had a few rain delays but they would have probably been here consecutively if the weather had not interfered. They had to replace many particle board faux stucco panels on the outside of my house and cedar boards that were eaten up by either the weather or woodpeckers. They fixed all of that and painted the entire house and now it looks fantastic."
