"It’s now been 9 months since they completed the job and I have yet to find defects. If you want a professional, knowledgeable - "no pressure-take the time you need to decide" sales process….quality work done, excellent communication, and prompt follow up ensuring everything is done to your satisfaction -- then hire Tom Pantzer/JD Hostetter. My wife was home with our 3 kids while the installation was done over the course of a week, and she was very comfortable with the crew. His site foreman Tony genuinely cared about getting the job done right, and had a great working relationship with his crew. They worked hard and didn't waste time. I also know why Tom wasn't the cheapest. The cheapest guys we talked with seemed to care most about "we do more jobs than anyone and get them done fast..." Tom wasn't the most expensive either - he was fair and honest from start to finish. Bottom line - you get what you pay for. Nobody likes spending thousands of dollars on siding, but we feel relieved we won’t be spending thousands more to fix shoddy work down the road. We found/called Tom only because of his great reviews on Angie's List, and are glad we did."

We used him a few years ago to roof our house when we were selling it and found out in the inspection it had hail damage. The timing for the work was critical because were also moving to a new house and needed it done fast. His crew was out literally the next day and had it done the same day. We also used him to repair our existing roof due to some wind damage. He worked me in the schedule and fixed it before rain was expected. If it would have rained before the repair, it would have been catastrophic. His prices are very competitive. He is a good person and will treat you right! I HIGHLY recommend him."

"I cannot rave enough about Blue Ladder! Everyone from Austin to Ryan to the work crew were extremely professional and very responsive! We had storm damage that caused us to have a portion of our roof replaced AND siding and downspouts replaced. Ryan sat with me while I contacted the insurance company and helped me through the process. He and the team handled a lot of the back and forth with the insurance company and the mortgage company. Ryan even stopped by a few times to check that the temporary covers were still protecting our house, so we had coffee together! Oh and their selection of shingles and siding are great!
