"I have a small roof that is in good shape and wanted a professional roofer to reseal around the chimney flashing and replace any missing or damaged shingles prior to sale. <br>Bill not only resealed the flashing but also resealed the other vents and caulked a crack in the chimney mortar.  He carried shingles in several colors with him so the one or two shingles he replaced were a close match to the existing shingles. <br>Additionally, he wrote an assessment of the roof on his invoice that I will be able to use during the sale. <br>Quite a lot more than expected and I will absolutely call him when needed again. <br>"

"A real pleasure to work with. The husband-and-wife team that owns this company is extremely professional, honest and hard-working. After dealing with some smarmy guys from other companies who insisted on entering my home and sitting at my dining room table for hours telling me things I didn't want to hear before they would give me an estimate, I felt really lucky to have found Mid-Atlantic Gutters on Angie's List. <br /> I was impressed with them from our initial phone call (the owner's wife was very knowledgeable and charming to boot) and the estimate (the owner was punctual to the minute and gave a great scientific explanation of how gutter systems work without giving us the hard sell).  The installation team was efficient, communicative and very experienced. The gutters themselves seem to work well. A bonus: They have a great, sleek look. You'll see what I mean if you compare them to traditional gutters. <br /> The day after the installation I realized I had a question about the installation and contacted the owner very early in the morning, at around 5:30 a.m. before work, via email to inquire about this. Within a half hour he was calling me back saying he had already talked to the installer and that it sounded like something needed to be fixed and he would send someone to do it the next day.  Well, I went out the next morning to run errands and came back and the work had been done. Just like that. Wow. The owner came by a few days later to personally inspect the installation. I am planning to recommend them to neighbors. <br />"

First of all I am a woman, the owner came taked to me as if I was a intellgent human being. Not as though I was a dummy. I didn't know much when I got started but I did my research and found out what I needed to know about getting this roof repaired. Other companies sent hot looking guys to take with me. But I am a girl who looks at the bottom line.. <br /> The owner came. We talked about what it would cost me--around $4,900 if memory failed me. He was not the cheapest, but he explained to me the methodolgy he would be using as wells as the materials. This was very much in line with my research. I want quality and a believe I got it. The office staff was very pleasent and responsive as was the owner. I have his card around here, and I apologize for forgetting his hame. <br /> This was a major job. The mansard roof with slate was replaced, cooper They reparied most of the roof. Rubber was torched and sealed. I asked for pictures. I got approximately 30 pictures. The pictures encompass each stage of the repairs.The stripping and then the repair. I was blown aways, I did not anticipate so many. That lead me to pay for the aluminum coating of the roof and the front porch.<br /> After the work was done, they cleaned the areas and took away the refuse.</p> I did have on minor issues. There was a leak around the sunroof. I have them a call they came back the next morning and took care of the issue. NO MORE ISSUES. I AM HAPPY AND RECOMMEND AA ROOFING TO ANY AND EVERYONE. "I couldn’t be more pleased with the TPO flat roof installation completed by ARHT Solutions! I got my shingles replaced by a different company, but the company didn't do work on the rolling roof. As a result, I ended up getting some leaks and hire a different company to address the problem. I got estimates from a few other companies, but decided to go with ARHT because of their track record and fair price for the job. From start to finish, the ARHT team was professional, organized, and efficient. We were able to get get the estimate, draw up a contract and get financed in about two hours. After a brief wait for the weather to warm up a bit, I was able to get the new TPO flat roof system and gutters installed in just about two weeks. I really like that ARHT doesn't outsource their labor - the roofer who completed the job, Juan, was directly trained and employed by ARHT. Juan arrived on time, worked diligently, and impressively completed the job in just one day. He kept me informed throughout the process, ensuring I understood the progress and timeline. I called the company first to make sure my townhouse met the deal requirements as I have three floors and the offer was for two story homes. Geoff got back with me assuring that he would be able to offer me the deal. Then he go over the contract details.
