"We bought our house in 2012 in Montgomery County, MD. The roof was past its design life when we bought the place, and although there were no signs of leaks, we decided to put a new roof on the house in 2016 - better to get it done before problems arise than after. Central was great. I forgot to move my car out of the driveway the morning they were scheduled to start work but they managed to make things work anyway. My handyman happened to stop by while they were working and told me it looked like they knew what they were doing, which was comforting. The real proof, though, is my roof has been on the house for 4 years, including the wettest year on record here in the DC area, with no signs of leaks anywhere in the house. This may not seem impressive - roofs aren't supposed to leak. However, both my sister and parents have had new roofs put on their houses in the intervening years - they live several States away so could not use Central Exteriors. Both had leak issues after having the new roofs put on and had to have the roofer come back out to fix things - in my sister's case it took several return visits and some major work to make things right. Central Exteriors were price competitive with other roofing companies I consulted with, and gave me a 50 year warranty on the shingles and workmanship, which nobody else offered. I would not hesitate to hire them again. Very pleased."

"Extremely well. Workers were professional and courteous. Cleaned up extremely well. In fact came back a second day to do a second sweep that included metal detection to get all the nails. Also, they reviewed their own work and were not satisfied with the flashing installation so they came back a couple days later with new material to replace it. No additional cost to us. Overall, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new roof."

"PEAK first came out to look for the leak I had. Couldn't find the source, as nothing in the attic was stained or even damp. They have me options which weren't terribly expensive, but also admittedly not guaranteed fixes, which they disclosed. They didn't try to sell me, but I asked about a new roof and financing options. The estimator had all the details, took measurements and wrote up a contract just in case I decided to move forward. Decided to do it, and he picked up the contract the next morning. Got a call soon after to schedule dates for material delivery and installation...both of which I did not have to be present. Everything went flawlessly. They were on time, made sure I understood everything, took care with my landscaping and deck to protect it, no mess left, and had answers for my questions. Super customer service and professionalism.
