"My garage door would not properly open and close, so I checked the list for a reliable service company with a tune up deal.  Chris came out Thursday and checked the door, identifying that it was cracked, causing it to sag in the middle, and the track was warped.  Unfortunately, the bottom two panels were cracked, so a tune up or repair were not possible.  Chris called Andrew who was able to get me a quote on the spot for next day installation.  Tony and Henry came out Friday afternoon and completed the install, ensuring the everything worked properly. They worked quickly and efficiently and let the work site clean of debris and hauled away the old parts.  The price on the door and install was somewhat higher than others I found on-line but the quick turn-around and friendly service even that out.

"It wasn't so great. They had to come back several times. Every time that I called them back to take a look at their work, they didn't actually fix anything. They said they were going to come back later and refinish the whole tub. Then, when that time came around, they just stopped picking up my phone calls. Immediately after they did the job, there was flaking of the paint on the tub. Also, they painted my bathroom door and the floor. I called them maybe like three times. Twice, they came out. Then finally they said, "Let's just schedule when we're not so busy. In the next couple of months, we'll come out and we'll clean everything up and we'll redo the tub." "The provider showed up on time and prepared.  There were some issues with the internal wiring of my house (1930s construction) that complicated installation.  He informed me of my two options -- one was to have the fan installed, but it could not be controlled by the wall switch, or the other was to rewire the wall switch and the wiring to the fan to allow the fan to be controlled by the wall switch -- at a substantial cost.  I liked that he was honest with my about my options rather than merely stating it would cost me extra to install the fan, given the age/condition of the wiring.
