"NS plumbing got the job done. But we had an issue w the water softener that he decided to go with. They leave to get the softener machine then they do the hook up. They added copper pipes (which were done well). They only told me after installation they needed to make a hole through the walls to reach an outlet. I didn’t mind but would have liked to know prior. The owner was ok with his knowledge about the how’s and why’s. Price seemed average. Paid cash for a small discount. Didn’t get a receipt. The unit they brought had a defect, so NS called the company of the softener and are using the warrantee to have a replacement part changed by that company. My first experience, so unsure if this is standard practice. In the meantime the unit is running and doing the job, but needing a bucket to collect the dripping water until the company of the machine can come and replace this part. Overall experience seemed good and would recommend them to others. Honest, timely, and fair priced."

"We had banging & whistling noise from steam radiator pipes and the very old (but good) oil boiler during very cold days. He diagnosed what needed to be done. It was a serious amount of work, replacing a very old, badly corroded pipes and regular cleaning of the boiler. We could have had serious flooding if this had not been noticed and replaced it. Unlike other person's diagnosis, he knew exactly what needed to be done. It took three days to finish everything. He was very professional, experienced and very thorough and we are so relieved to have oil boiler /steam radiator running smoothly. Keeping an old house is an on-going job and it was so nice to have someone work very professionally. He offered warranty as well, so we know he is there for us should there be any issues. Recommend him highly!"

"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

"Our well pump failed.  We called the company that had been servicing our water system.  They verified that our pump motor and/or cable was shorted, but due to the depth of the well and the difficulty in accessing the well head, they told us they could not replace it.  A contractor that we know recommended contacting Findorak.  In spite of it being a weekend, they responded quickly.  I explained the situation to them.  They assured me that they could do the job.  A day later, a crew showed up and went to work. It was an all day job. They replaced the pump, motor, and cables, installed new valves and gauges, and checked and tested everything.  By the end of the day the system was back in operation."
