"Arrived and got started right away. I paid him upfront and had to shower and change to head out for evening. I received pictures taken of a portion of the duct, was disappointed I could not see to the end of the vent clean out. My other concern is how the service tech left the dryer vent curled up and partially crushed as he put the dryer back in place, and then took this picture to display it. It would seem obvious that once you saw the vent like that you would correct it. Not happy with that. "

They informed us prior to turning on the machine that there would be a loud noise while they were working. They told us approximately how much time it would take and they cleaned up after themselves. They were polite and professional. We have a four bedroom colonial with a walk up attic. A second unit was in the attic. The Clothes dryer was included in the duct cleaning. I have no idea if the price was excellent as I did not call other companies to compare prices. I hired this company because they did a great job 5 years ago. The increase is price appeared somewhat reasonable given the occurrence of the pandemic and inflation."
