"John was great initially - getting there and tackling the immediate problem and answering my calls. We had a short in the electrical heating fan/motor in the floor that was potentially dangerous and could have caused a fire so he replaced the breaker and rewired the fan/motor. However, when he left we noticed that the fan was not running in the box and he told us to detach the wires which I felt was risky and also meant the problem was not fixed. He said he would come back the following Monday to inspect the rest of the wires underneath the house and he never did. He was also supposed to send me a photo of the burned wires, a work order/receipt for my files, and never did. I texted him about Monday and about replacing the fan/motor - either to let us what it was called and we would replace it ourselves or give us the cost of replacing one or all 3 boxes. He never responded so we still have a heating system that is not fixed and perhaps dangerous if only running on two fan motors ."

"RUN FAR AWAY FROM ALLIED AND TOM. Tom took my money and did not complete the renovations as per our contract. He lied about having a licensed electrician to do electrical work, it was just one of his workers who's not licensed. I paid for a dumpster and when it was delivered by tom it was already half full from another allied job and I was asked to pay the full amount of $950. Tom didn't listen to anything I said regarding the work I requested and he changed my design and did work that was cheaper for him. I was priced for one of my ceiling's to be ripped out and reinstalled with new sheetrock, Tom waited until I was away on business then he installed sheetrock on top of the bad sheetrock and told me he ripped out the old sheetrock and installed the new sheetrock, I found out when my EC cut holes to install lights and we found 2 layers of sheetrock preventing the lights from being able to be installed. Allied construction is a cheap, sneaky company who will steal your money and breach your contract. Do not hire these people Tom is a lair. Tom wore a gun in my house on his hip and told me "I use this to get paid by customer who don't want to pay". Tom left live 120v wires hanging out of the walls and ceiling, he removed a banister and didn't replace it for 3 weeks making my home very unsafe for me and my 9 year old son."

Specifically, Joe and his team ripped out the small bathroom on the first floor and created a beautiful oasis of comfort for my mom with a walk-in shower with bench and grab bars; higher toilet seat with grab bars; installing an ADA-sink vanity to accommodate a potential wheelchair; widened doors to fit a potential wheelchair; created pocket doors and worked seamlessly and timely in order to complete the job in two weeks, which was out timeframe. Joe (Nickel), owner, was always available and worked with us on any requested last minute changes until we were 100% satisfied. I would definitely recommend Handi-Bath to anyone doing a renovation, and especially those who require an ADA compliant bathroom for an elderly or disabled loved one. "

"Need a major deck repair. The decking surface was falling apart, the walls and gates looked old and worn. StyleWright went above and beyond with the work. When they took off the deck surface, they uncovered structural deficiencies that were not too bad and didn’t really need upgrade. But they made the upgrades anyway, pouring additional concrete footings, adding more supports, all no increase in cost. No change order. They just did it, and the deck is stronger than ever. Then the attention to detail and craftsmanship was excellent. Hidden screws, tight joinery, just solid, clean work. And all this at a price lower than other quotes I got and using higher grade materials. Very pleased. "
