"Jim was able to fit us into his schedule quickly because of a cancellation and he did a great job on our floors. It only took two short work days for him to install subfloors and laminate flooring in 3 bedrooms. We would definitely hire him again and recommend his services!"

"As a landlord with 20 years of experience working with countless contractors and service providers, I can confidently say that Complete Flooring stands out as one of the best. Adam and his team were nothing short of phenomenal from start to finish. They handled the entire process with professionalism and care—from tearing out the old flooring to installing beautiful new LVP and plush carpet. It genuinely feels like they breathed new life into the home! The transformation was stunning. What really impressed me was their excellent communication every step of the way. They listened, delivered exactly what they promised, and completed the job on time with no surprises. Their work ethic, attention to detail, and respect for the property were evident throughout. I truly appreciated their dedication and craftsmanship. If you're looking for a top-notch team who takes pride in their work and makes the process smooth and stress-free, I couldn't recommend Complete Flooring more highly."

"I called Alvaro to give us an estimate on refinishing the hardwood floors in a house we are selling to my brother. He came right out, was right on time & was very friendly. He emailed us the quote immediately as well as went over it with us on the spot. He broke down every cost into separate line items so we could pick & choose what options we wanted or did not want. Alvaro was able to get us on the schedule to have the work done that very next week which was perfect as we were in a serious time crunch. Alvaro & his crew showed up on time each day, were very professional & kind & explained everything they were doing & the time frame in which it would be done. They had originally said the floors would take 3 days from the time they started to the time we could walk on them, but it ended up only taking 2 days! We had done all the carpet tear out & removal of tack strips & staples ourselves to save some money which also saved the crew a lot of time. They had 2 areas of floor that had been cut out for duct work many years ago that they had to patch in & you can't even tell where those spots were now. Also, although all surfaces in the house did need a wipe down later on, I was pretty surprised at how little dust there was. They did a fantastic job & we were stunned at how beautiful the floors turned out. We went with a natural, water base finish & we are so glad we did because all the natural variations in the wood really stand out! Alvaro said that once my brother is in the house for a while, if anything turns up that needs attention (any snags, splinters, etc...) to call him & they will come back out to fix it. So far there were only a couple of tiny splinters but I'm not sure they're significant enough to call them back out, but I know if they get worse that Alvaro will make it right! We also had Alvaro give us a price on painting the interior of the upstairs & also putting on new baseboards throughout the upstairs but it turned out those just weren't in the budget. The floor refinishing was a very reasonable price for the amount of work & size of the house, but the painting & baseboards did seem to be a bit pricey by comparison. We would certainly use them again for hardwood floor refinishing!"

"He is showed on time every day. He’s working hard very diligent. It’s turned out exactly how I want my project. Finished on time all my floors. He’s honest and good worker. I definitely hire him if I need next project. My husband and I very happy he worked for us."

"Wayne came to my house, assessed the situation quickly and sent me a bid within a day. I hired him, he came when he said he would, completed the work in a reasonable amount of time, and cleaned up the area. All-in-all, a very professional job."

"Luke, Bryan and Bhakti did an outstanding job for us. We wanted to open up our floor plan for the living and dining areas so they did the demo of a wall, then re-plastered the ceiling which involved matching a complicated ceiling plaster design. They also removed some decorative mirrors in the living area again, repaired the drywall and matched the plaster pattern. They also applied a skim coat to the kitchen walls then painted everything they had repaired. Luke was very knowledgeable as was his team. They were very service minded, courteous and friendly. Luke took the time to discuss the project daily with me and reviewed their progress/plans. There were no hidden costs and Luke also made sure he and his team met their deadline. We have found our team for all of our Handyman services, for sure."
