"Straight Forward was one of the many fencing companies that my boyfriend and I had come out to give us an estimate when we were looking to get a new fence. Our whole experience with Straight Forward was remarkable, from start to finish. The owner, Gary was so personal, in comparison to the other companies we had come out. Before we even received a quote back, we knew we wanted to hire his company, regardless of the price (which ended up being very reasonable and awesome anyways). It seemed that he knew what he was doing and he was even informative to us And let us know the process of what his crew would be doing. Once the polite and respectful workers began to work, they were done within less than two days. Keep in mind how impressive this is due to the fact that we had two gates installed, a front fence on both sides of our house, and the remaining perimeter of our decent sized backyard. Once the fence was finished being installed, the workers had cleaned up all of the trash and it was like they had never been there! Except for the fact that we now have a beautiful, new fence to adore. We would hire Straight Forward again in a heart beat and would recommend them to anyone looking for a job well done!"

"Santos and the team at Southstar Fence were phenomenal. He walked me through the installation process for the fence in my backyard and explained my options. He quoted me a very fair price and scheduled for 2-3 weeks out. His team was able to remove my old fence, clear some brush, and install the fence all in one day. They worked around my shed, a utility pole, and the roots of a very large tree without damaging my lawn or any plants. The guys on the crew were happy to show me some progress throughout the day and Santos and I did a final walkthrough when the job was done. If I could give them 6 stars I would!"

"Brad was very professional. He showed up when he said he would for the quote, listened to what I wanted and gave me several estimates. The price I paid in the end was the price he quoted me, no surprises. The crew worked very hard during hot weather to install my split rail fence and it looks beautiful. He kept me informed during the process of when we was ordering materials or when something didn't go as planned; however, the project finished on time despite some bad weather. Many other fence contractors I contacted either gave me very high quotes or poor customer service. Some didn't even return my calls! I highly recommend Brad from Breathtaking Homes."

"The fence was installed satisfactorily, but we requested a certain kind of post caps but were given another (not a huge deal, but still we didn't get what we asked for). But, because the fence abutted our basement bilco doors they had to remove one of the door handles. They proceeded to break both of them. I reported this to the company and they asked that I send pictures, which I did. The company has never replaced or compensated me for the broken door handles. <br />"

"It went great. They kept my dogs in mind through the whole install, by having the gates swing in instead of out. They centered one of the gates to my driveway which caused them extra work by cutting out an old basketball pole. Great job all around."

"Gary was fantastic. He installed a paver patio and pond/waterfall about 20 years ago by the previous owner of my house. The patio and pond are still in great shape so I felt like I was my own best reference. I needed to replace my wooden deck. I received 8 estimates and Gary's was among the best price, but he was also the only one who took the time to hand deliver the estimate. That was great because he walked me through all the different options with railings, lighting, etc... Made suggestions on why one idea of mine might not work and offered cost effective solutions. He is an extremely personable man, very easy to work with and deal with. After I picked the color I wanted, Gary informed me the color was no longer available and promptly showed up with new samples - similar color, yet better quality for the same price. Gary worked the first day in the rain (!) with one other man, and a second day in freezing cold temps. At the end of each day, the put their tools aside and cleaned up. Job was done in 4 days as promised. After the job was done, he called to see how everything was. I mentioned we are thrilled but wanted to know what type of pain he recommends to cover the cut edge of the steps. He promptly came over with a small jar of paint made by the decking manufacturer. Gary is old school craftsmanship and integrity, and a pleasure to work with. <br />"
