"We had a badly clogged drain that kept backing up and it was turning into a real headache. The plumbing company we called showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and got right to work. They used professional equipment to fully clear the line and made sure everything was flowing perfectly before they left. What really stood out was how thorough and respectful they were — no rushing, no upselling, just honest work done right. They even cleaned up after themselves, which is rare these days. "I had a major drain blockage in my bathroom that was causing some serious issues, so I called so-cal 1 pluming & rooter based on a friends recommendation. From the moment they arrived, I knew I was in good hands. The technician was incredibly professional and took the time to explain exactly what was causing the blockage and how they would resolve it. They used advanced equipment to clear the drain quickly and efficiently, and I was amazed at how thorough they were. They did not just clear the blockage they also performed a full inspection of my plumbing to make sure everything was in good condition. The whole process was stress-free, and I appreciated how they cleaned up afterward, leaving no mess behind. What really stood out to me was their honesty and transparency throughout the entire process. The pricing was reasonable, and there were no surprise charges. I also received helpful maintenance tips to avoid future clogs, which I thought was a nice touch. Recommend them highly."

"Jonathan was a great hire. He came and worked with my schedule and came on a quick short notice. He came for a clogged toilet and swapped my garbage disposal. The next day we clogged the toilet again and he came back within an hour to fix it again for no charge. Pricing is very reasonable and is much lower than other plumbers. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again. I plan to have my pipes looked at with a camera because I can’t have this keep happening."

"Complete professionals. I work with many plumbers in my line of work, and you can always tell the good ones from the bad. Some are strong on service but weak on communication, while others communicate well but constantly push back appointments. Emergency Drain Pros excels at everything. I’ve used Tony and his team multiple times and consistently receive excellent service."
